Registration All students must present the following at time of registration:
PreK-3 and PreK-4 - Family Regisitration Form and non-refundable fees:
* $75.00 per student- $100.00 for 2 or more students
* $50.00 School Fee per students
Grades K-8 - Family Registration Form and non-refundable fees:
* $75.00 for one student, $100.00 for two or more students
School Fee -
* Grades K-2 $225.00 per student
* Grades 3-8 $250.00 per student
* Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport
* Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
* Copy of Immunization records
* Copy of report card and standardized test results of previous school
(if applicable)
* Confidential file (if applicable)
* Permanent Record Form (if applicable)
* Release of Records Form (if applicable)
